As of 1st September 2007, the assets and liabilities of Thos C Wild Ltd (reg number 03921712) have been transferred to the parent company Project Wild Cat Ltd (reg number 05516830).

This will shortly be followed by a simultaneous name swap between the two companies, with the former registration becoming dormant, and the latter registration becoming the trading company.

The re-structure has been undertaken on the advice of our tax advisors, as the businesses near 'large company' status with HMC&E, and follows unparalleled trading success in the first two years after the MBO in August 2005. 

Eversheds solicitors in Leeds acted on behalf of the companies. This change will not effect any existing trading arrangements with our customers or suppliers.
