Ring Forgings

TC Wild manufactures premium quality ring forgings for critical industrial applications, delivering high-integrity components designed to perform in demanding operating environments. The use of modern CNC controls and laser measurement technology on our newest ring mill allows TC Wild to achieve tighter rolling tolerances, resulting in optimized material input weights and improved material efficiency. Through a combination of specialist expertise, advanced manufacturing technologies and controlled processes, we consistently meet the rigorous requirements of industry standards and customer specifications. Our manufacturing capabilities include:

Ring forgings up to 1,270mm (50″) in diameter
Maximum steel forging weight: up to 400 kg
Maximum nickel and cobalt alloys forging weight: up to 250 kg
Maximum titanium forging weight: up to 150 kg

TC Wild has developed strong and longstanding partnerships with specialist subcontractors as well as both local and global material mills, enabling us to source and supply a comprehensive range of high-performance alloys. Our expertise covers specialist materials including steels, titanium, nickel and cobalt-based alloys, supporting the demanding requirements of the aerospace, power generation, oil and gas, defence, marine and general engineering sectors.

In addition to material procurement, our established supply chain enables us to manage subcontract services such as mechanical, metallurgical and non-destructive testing, etching and shotblasting, providing customers with a streamlined route from material supply through to finished requirements.

We source materials exclusively from fully approved suppliers and manufacturers who hold the relevant industry accreditations and certifications required by the markets we serve.
